Violations of any of the Dog Park Rules is considered a criminal offense under Lakewood Code. If you see anyone breaking ANY of the posted rules at the park,

Please collect as much information as you can including the license plate number of the owner the complaint is about. Other information you should collect if you can include:
- License plate number and car description
- The owner’s name and description
- The owner’s address
- The dog’s name
- The breed or description of the dog
- The date and time of the infraction, problem, or incident
- A description of the problem
- Any other useful information
