Well, the trial is over now. All the witnesses have been called from both sides. And now we wait. Both sides have some more paperwork to submit to the court, then the Judge must make her decision. It could be several months before we find anything out. We'll let everyone know asap as soon as we hear anything.

Wasn't This Case Settled Already? Is it Back?
This case was originally dismissed, but was quickly appealed by the plaintiffs. The appellate court
ruled that the case should not have been dismissed originally. The case is now back in the original court to be tried.
